Precious Metal Exchange, Corp. has the facilities to refine, plate, mint, and assay all precious metals as well as a central vault for storage and safekeeping of valuables. In addition to using secured internet delivery, the Company has a courier service to facilitate the exchange process for precious metals and currency. High tech computerized kiosks will be located at an anticipated 50 locations in Texas and the Company is planning the expansion of these kiosks on an as needed basis throughout the world.

Dallas Silversmiths, an old line plating and refining company has signed a letter of intent with PRMX and is expanding its operation to facilitate the additional refining being generated by PRMX. All aspects of the precious metal business are available at the Dallas Silversmiths location in Dallas.

Ken Dougherty, a well known expert in asset preservation, has recently been elected Chairman of the Board and President of the Company and he joins Mark Ussery, a noted expert in developing the precious metal certificates as well as other unique applications used in this novel approach to asset protection.
